The lamb at home especially at My husband and I love it and it is always well received. The chuletillas is one of the lamb parts that we eat often, in fact we like everything about the lamb. These have nothing, they are for beginners in the kitchen, the ideal is that the lamb is of good quality and the rest is to be carried away by them, you will suck the dedetes !!.
  • 1,250 kg of lamb chops
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 or 3 sprigs of parsley (leaves only)
  • One twig of thyme (only the leaves)
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
In a mortar pestle the garlic , the parsley and the thyme. Maja well and add as half a glass of olive oil. Do this about two hours before so the oil is well flavored. Sprinkle the chops clean and fat-free and pepper with the flavored oil. Let them marinate for half an hour.

Put the grill to heat, when hot put the chops and brush them again with the flavored oil and let them be done for 2 or 3 minutes on each side (mine were gorditas). Take out a source and brush again with the flavored oil. Serve the hot chops.

Note: can be accompanied by whatever you want or more you like it.
I accompanied them with roasted cherry tomatoes on the grill and some fried potatoes, but equally with white rice or a good salad will be equally delicious.
